To respond to the market requirements in providing a quality service in recruitment consultancy, ECSSA
(European Confederation of Search and Selection Associations) in collaboration with CERC has implemented a process
that allows clients to qualify the recruitment consultants level of professionalism in terms of competence, ethics
It is a nominal and individual qualification, recognised by the European
Union members of ECSSA, guaranteeing that the certified consultant has a whole range abilities to allow
him/her to conduct an optimal recruitment assignment.
This certificate, « CERC » therefore ensures consultants use
good professional practices and allows each certificate holder to reassure
their environment (Client,
candidate…) with regards to their professionalism.
In addition to the LPRA, all the domestic unions (in Germany, UK, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Luxembourg),
members of ECSSA, are also committing themselves to running advertising campaigns aiming
at making this certificate a well known and recognised quality standard.
The CERC qualification process is made as a frame of reference (requirement criteria)
and an operating method allowing any consultant belonging to an agency member of any European
Union member of
ECSSA to apply.
