Our Mission

The Luxembourg Professional Recruitment Association is Luxembourg's leading professional recruitment industry body. LPRA provides a unified powerful voice for the professional recruitment industry and its membership which includes small specialist independents through to publicly quoted companies and is growing fast.

•   LPRA mission is to ensure that its members offer the highest possible standards of trading practice and that it promotes excellence throughout the professional Recruitment industry
•   LPRA facilitates the exchange of professional and regulatory information between Industry members and related bodies and serves as the authoritative source of information (other than statistical) concerning the professional industry
•   LPRA provides a recognised stamp of quality assurance. Members have access to business intelligence, use of the LPRA logo along with a wide range of services and benefits
•   Members are rigorously referenced and must adhere to a strict code of conduct
•   LPRA has close and ongoing relationships with key government departments and agencies including ADEM
•   At an international level LPRA actively promotes overseas business opportunities for members and takes a proactive role in Western Europe in relation to EU directives and regulations, it is also a Board member of ECSSA
