LPRA Corporate Membership is open to all recruitment businesses that are based in Luxembourg and hold a valid RC and TVA number.
Above all you must be prepared to commit to the LPRA Code of Conduct. It is also subject to satisfactory information being provided on the membership application form and approval by the LPRA members and Board of Management.

Step 2 : All members must agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct and it is important to read this through carefully before you join.
Step 3 : Complete the Application Form and include proof of payment executed to the LPRA. Payment should be by direct bank transfer only (BGL BNP Paribas IBAN LU33 0030 2247 0587 0000). The fees are as follows:
The LPRA have separate Industry Sector Groups. The business areas currently available to give your industry specific support are: Recruitment, Search & Selection, Outplacement, Interim Management and Training. When joining you can apply to join a specific Sector Group if you wish.
Step 4: Send your completed Application Form including your Terms and Conditions and relevant documents which are specified on the application form. Alternatively you can adopt the LPRA model Terms and Conditions. These will be sent to you on request and will significantly speed up the application process.
Once your completed application has been received by the LPRA it will be processed within one week if you have adopted our model Terms and Conditions, or five to six weeks if you wish to use your own.
Once approved and processed, applications will be published on the LPRA website to allow existing corporate members the opportunity to raise any concerns in relation to adherence to the LPRA Code of Conduct.
Providing there is no objection from LPRA Members you will be elected and sent a letter of confirmation outlining the services that are now available to you with details of how to access them.
The membership fee is calculated on the basis of an annual membership. A one-off joining fee will also apply; this will be advised to you at the time of your application.
Membership is valid for 12 months (Membership year 1). Upon renewal you will be required to pay a pro-rata amount to 31st December for membership year 2. For subsequent years subscriptions will become due on 1st January.
